it was a great experience overall. pretty standard place to stay while in jacksonville. appreciated that we had an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk in the king room. the breakfast had plenty of options: toast and grits.

The staff were not particularly helpful, didn't expect that coming.

Handy hotel located in a nice area really close to airport, the highway. There was genuinely helpful staff and the service was excellent. The room was remodeled and available with missing TV. Toast and grits were a stand out.

Everything was great at this hotel, accommodating stuff. They made my stay nice! Location: the venue was so close to shopping centers as well as the airport.

The hotel was pretty, the room was terrific and I loved patient staff. The food was amazing and included breads, cereals and fresh fruit. The venue was adjacent to the airport and highway and restaurants thanks to its fab location. The pool bar in the hotel had variety of refreshing juices and good beer throughout the day. This was an exceptional stay, good prices.

Secure location, smart staff, very clean beds. Unbelievable view of ocean. The breakfast spread was ideal, there were plenty of tasty options. Had free mineral drinks in the poolside bar in the evening❤

Tight bathroom, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Neat, non-smoking room and CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS staff, free wi-fi. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of different food. Fairly clean place and courteous service. Perfect location to Hollywood Theaters.
